Orders are processed on business days and shipped from our warehouse located in Estonia.

Please allow 1-2 days for processing orders. Fulfillment confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Usual delivery time is 1-3 business days but it can depend on which carrier is chosen at the check out.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund, exchange or store credit your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact info@sunsansbuns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the information on how and where to send your package.

NOTE! When returning your package please be sure to include your full name and the order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
When getting a refund the free shipping actual cost will be deducted from the refund.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
